If you see an item in which you are interested, please email us and we will put it aside for you until payment is received. Often we have only a single copy, so sending payment without reserving the item is unwise. All of our vinyl records and CDs are guaranteed to be as described. Please email us if you are unhappy with your purchase and a refund or replacement can be worked out. We want to insure that you are content with your purchase! We also sell through Ebay with a positive feedback rating of 99.9%.
All purchases are carefully and professionally packed and in over 25 years of shipping we have experienced only a handful of problems. We do however strongly believe in insuring your purchases. We cannot be responsible for missing or lost packages that are not insured.
Please note that the shipping rates do not include insurance.
In the U.S insurance is an additional $1.35 for up to a $50.00 value and $2.20 for up to $100.00. Overseas insurance is not always available.
We accept money orders and personal checks (10 working days to clear- your order will not be shipped until then). Sorry but we do not directly accept credit cards nor do we take PayPal.
